PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXAMPLE AND SERVICES:
WE ARE PRESENTLY WORKING ON A URI HOUSING PROJECT...helping with identifying the needs of the building (short & long term), finding the correct Architect and Designer, Meeting with Engineers, helping with the funding search, meeting with all internal levels to streamline the project, bidding out the project, and management all from start to finish to make sure the scope of work is completed correctly...on time and on budget.
We are also are providing Facilities Management for this URI house for a small Monthly Retainer (in comparison to their budget). See our Facilities Management Page about that service.
OUR FEE FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT IS ONLY 8% OF THE TOTAL PROJECT....SO FOR A $100,000 project--that is only $8,000. If you are spending $100,000, isn't it worth paying another $8,000 to make sure that you get the best price, service, and finished product. ***THAT IS WHAT WE CAN PROVIDE***After the initial meeting with you for your project...we would be happy to provide our URI client for you to contact for reference if you wish.

INSURANCE CLAIM MANAGEMENT EXAMPLE AND SERVICES:
WE PREVIOUSLY WORKED ON AN INSURANCE CLAIM MANAGEMENT PROJECT AT A LITTLE COMPTON Million Dollar Residence.There was a lightening strike that affected the Main House, Guest House and Pool House...along with other outdoor issues. The sump pump, alarm, appliances, lights, etc... were affected. We secured the property so that there would not be any electrical fires and did sump pump work so that there wouldn't be any flooding, etc...
Then after a full walkthru with the necessary licensed professionals, we provided a full report on what was affected (along with pictures) ...electrical, plumbing, appliances and associated costs of what was completed for emergency repairs as well as the remaining repairs/replacements needed. This report was sent to the Insurance Company. After that...CRISM, LLC spoke to and performed a walk thru with the Claims Analyst.
The Claim was Approved in Full for the emergency work already done, the damage assessment walkthru & report time, and the work/replacement items that still needed to be done/purchased.
Lastly, we provided a complimentary report to our clients of work that could be done to secure the property from future lightening damage and other needs to consider for the future.
***Our Clients did not have to pay anything but their deductible...and they didn't have to deal with the Insurance Company red tape alone.
